Cancellation Policy

At BloomLeaf™, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how cancellations can be requested.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

To request cancellation, please contact us with your order number at:

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund for prepaid payments.

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are usually initiated within 1–2 business days to the original payment method.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after dispatch, you may follow the process mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy, provided the product meets the return eligibility conditions.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Cancellation

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Some orders may require verification via call or message before dispatch.

  • Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled automatically.

Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

4. Refund for Cancelled Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Seller Cancellation

BloomLeaf™ reserves the right to cancel orders in certain situations, including:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Order flagged as high-risk or suspicious

  • Payment verification failure

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
