Refund policy

At BloomLeaf™, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products are consumable food items, returns are accepted only in specific situations. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a wrong product, or

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Returns requested without an unboxing video or outside the return window cannot be approved.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Orders returned without original packaging

  • Products reported after the 3-day return window

  • Returns without a valid unboxing video


3. Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at bloomleaf.delhi@gmail.com

  2. Include the following details:

    • Order number

    • Clear description of the issue

    • Full unboxing video showing the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps for the return or replacement process.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during shipping

  • Product received in defective condition

Conditions:

  • Request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

  • A complete unboxing video is required

  • Exchange will be processed subject to product availability


5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 8–15 business days

  • The amount will reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • The packaging is damaged or missing

  • The issue cannot be verified from the unboxing video


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.


7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives with any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear unboxing video

Requests without proper video evidence may not qualify for replacement or refund.
